Despite the current lockdown measures the housing market remains open. The current guidance allows that “people looking to move home will be able to both continue with planned moves and view new properties to move into in the future.” As well as allowing sales offices and show homes to remain open.
Whilst we are of course happy that our show home at Church Farm remains open to prospective house buyers for the time being, the health and safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority.
We are stringently adhering to government social distancing measures and have put the following precautions in place:

Please stay at home if you have any Coronavirus symptoms, are living with someone who has or if you’ve been advised to self-isolate.

Please wear a face covering when visiting us.

Apply government guidance for safer travel, including the avoidance of the use of public transport where possible.

All our customer visits are by appointment only. If you arrive without an appointment and a customer is already in the marketing suite, please wait in your car until the customer has left.

Appointments inside the marketing suite and showhome are limited to one customer, couple or family, from the same household.

Please refrain from touching surfaces or furnishings if viewing our showhome to help protect yourself and others.

Regrettably, we are not currently offering any customer toilet facilities.

No documentation will be given to customers to take away. We will be happy to provide any brochure or property details electronically. This will include reservation documents for signing.

In our marketing suite, there is a Perspex screen divider on the desk between yourself and the Sales Advisor.
There are lots of ways to view the homes at Church Farm online, from property listings, virtual tours, our flythrough video and detailed brochure. We are of course happy to provide any extra information before your visit.
