Meet Tom, who has worked with us at Autograph Homes for two years.
Tom has his sights set on becoming a qualified Quantity Surveyor and through a combination of company funding and an industry grant from the CITB he has just started his eagerly awaited training.
Having started with Autograph Homes in a Support Services role gaining a lot of relevant experience he is now ready to progress to the next level and with the support of day release from the company Tom is now studying Construction and the Built Environment at City of Bath College. Following this two year course, he will then progress to the HNC qualification. Covering everything from construction principles, building regulations and project management, the course is setting Tom on the road to fulfilling his ambition.
