Autograph Partnerships has submitted a planning application jointly with Legal and General Affordable Homes for 95 new homes at Bridge Farm, Worle.
The 100% affordable new homes will be available across a mix of tenure types with the design following Autograph’s ethos of building innovative, sustainable communities. Offering a strong sense of place with a focus on sustainable construction, the new homes at Bridge Farm will make use of energy efficient materials, renewables and low-carbon technologies, helping reduce running costs for residents. The scale of the development will be predominantly two-storey.
Bridge Farm is situated in a highly sustainable location, close to transport links and local retail facilities, as well as employment opportunities. This is a site of residual agricultural land that has been allocated for housing and employment use within the adopted local plan for Weston Super Mare.
