Autograph Partnerships is excited to confirm that, working alongside Sovereign Housing Association, we have recently obtained planning permission for our joint upcoming development in Stanton St Quintin, Wiltshire. This new development will offer twelve 2, 3 and 4 bedroom sustainable and much needed affordable family homes. The mixed tenure scheme will offer properties for both shared ownership and affordable rent, and the homes are being delivered thanks to funding received from Homes England.
The village of Stanton St Quinton is just 4 miles from the bustling town of Chippenham and 5 miles from Malmesbury. We hope construction will begin in early 2023.
