As part of our award-winning development of stunning, energy efficient homes at The Haw Wood in North Bristol, we partnered with SNG to provide eight new affordable homes, six for social rent and two through shared ownership.
Combining forward-thinking design with ultra-efficient, net zero technologies, these innovative, eco-friendly properties were rated SAP ‘A’ for efficiency and environmental impact, classing them in the top 5% of all homes nationwide, promising residents substantial savings on their annual energy bills.
