WELCOMING AUTOGRAPH HOMES 100th BUYER
21st February 2022
We have cracked open the champagne for our 100th buyer. Martin and Adele have just moved into their home at Church Farm in Rode, Somerset, a development of beautiful, rural homes.
“We are absolutely delighted with our new home at Church Farm in Rode,” says Martin, who with his wife Adele relocated across the country for work, having lived in their previous house for 18 years. “When we discovered Church Farm we were immediately excited and impressed. We wanted strong ‘kerb appeal' and character. The development and the house deliver on both accounts plus a well thought layout and good quality fittings.”
Simon Taylor, managing director for Autograph Homes, says he’s so proud of this milestone for the independent company which has become one of the South West’s fastest growing homebuilders:
“With a focus on both sustainability and quality throughout our developments, our style of new home has been welcomed by customers. We’re delighted to be able to celebrate with our 100th buyer.”
Church Farm is a rural development of 2,3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes set in the idyllic village of Rode, just 12 miles south of Bath. Built in natural stone, with spacious, contemporary interiors, the development brings together the finest traditions of West Country craftsmanship with the highest standards of modern architectural design.
The design of all Autograph homes takes a forward thinking approach that ensures they are fit for the future, combining low carbon technologies to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
According to Martin what has been the icing on the cake has been the attentive and friendly service from Autograph Homes. “From the head office to the guys working on the site, we genuinely consider ourselves very lucky to have found such a developer, such a site, such a lovely house and in such a pretty area.”
