We are delighted to announce that Autograph has now received planning permission from Bristol City Council for a new development of 32 city centre apartments at our site on Midland Road, in the historic Old Market Quarter.
The Old Market Quarter is a vibrant, fashionable neighbourhood, listed by The Sunday Times as one the UK’s coolest places to live. Described as “fun, fiercely independent and friendly”, it’s home to a thriving community of independent shops, trendy vintage boutiques and bohemian bars, all just a few minutes’ walk from anywhere in the centre of town.

With planning now secured, work is expected to start at the site later this year.
