Autograph Homes recently welcomed Home Builders Federation (HBF) representatives to our latest development in Bristol, The Haw Wood. A report published in September by the HBF has shown that the number of planning permissions being granted across England for new build houses has continued to fall sharply during the second quarter of the year, continuing the downward trend of the last two years.
