Autograph Homes is led by an experienced management team with a strong commercial record and recognised professional reputation.
Paul is a highly motivated and proactive business leader with over 25 years’ experience in the construction and housing industry. He’s responsible for the strategic direction of Autograph Homes and plays a hands-on role across all organisational and operational aspects of the business.
The former Managing Director of Construction and Property at the Leadbitter Group prior to its sale to Bouygues Bâtiment International in 2010, Paul subsequently worked for Bouygues UK for six years, holding several senior positions, including leading their housing business and sitting on the board of the property development division, culminating in the position of Deputy CEO for the UK.
Simon is passionate about building new homes with individual character and quality. He’s the creative driving force behind the business and responsible for the operational performance of the team. He’s closely involved in land and planning, constantly pursuing opportunities to break new ground.
Over 25 years in the construction industry, predominantly in the South West, Simon held a commercial role at what is now ISG, before taking up the position of Commercial and Construction Director for a regional house builder, a position he held for 10 years before joining Autograph Homes.
James is a confident and versatile member of the team, with an extensive track record for delivery. He has 17 years’ experience in the industry, working with Taylor Wimpey, a top five UK house builder, at the Leadbitter Group, a leading regional construction business.
Having worked on a variety of housing developments across the South West, James has an excellent understanding of the market. He’s responsible for the commercial performance of the business and ensures the right approach is taken to cost and value.
David has over 30 years senior finance experience in industry including construction and has built a reputation for his attention to detail and high standards.
As Financial Controller David is responsible for financial reporting, business planning, cash flow, finance operations and internal compliance controls.
Land & Planning Manager
Richard brings a wealth of development experience gained over 35 years of working within the housing sector across the South West. He has held executive land and planning director roles within a number of national house builders. Richard has also successfully led the regional office of a consultancy practice and acted on behalf of numerous private and commercial clients, together with registered providers and local authorities.
Over the course of his career, Richard has been involved in housing led mixed use schemes and many other forms of commercial and leisure projects. He has extensive interests within the charity sector and is a former regional Chairman of the House Builders Federation for the South West of England, sitting on its national panel for a number of years.
With over ten years' experience in residential sales, Steph has a strong background in the new build industry and offers a wealth of knowledge in the local property market surrounding the Bristol and Somerset area. With a passion for detail and quality, Steph also has a strong customer focus and desire to ensure the Autograph brand and the high-quality homes are promoted well.
Steph's role is to head up the sales and marketing, as well as offering support to new home owners at every step of their journey from initial contact through to after sales care.
Dean is a dedicated professional bringing over 18 years of technical experience gained working within the housing sector across the South and South West of England. He has had over 10 years leading the technical and engineering functions within both five-star award winning developers David Wilson Homes and McCarthy and Stone, with the last few years as Development Director.
As Technical Manager, Dean is responsible for all technical aspects and to ensure that we deliver the highest quality designs with the latest technologies to provide sustainable and efficient developments that are of the highest standards.
Support Services Administrator
Tom helps keep the Autograph team efficient, positive and productive. He’s a matchless multi-tasker, responsible for office and administrative support across finance, commercial, QS, technical and sales, managing communication and ensuring projects stay on track. Tom joins us from Nuffield Health and is currently studying Business and Administration.
