Autograph Partnerships and Sovereign Housing Association are pleased to announce that work has started on-site at our new, joint development in Stanton St Quintin, Wiltshire.
Together, we're building twelve new affordable and sustainable family homes. With a mix of 2,3, and 4-bedroom properties, this mixed tenure scheme will offer properties for both shared ownership and affordable rent, thanks to funding received from Homes England.
The village of Stanton St Quintin has a rural feel, but is just 4 miles from the bustling town of Chippenham and 5 miles from Malmesbury.
